Newton's Laws of Motion

This video explains Newton's Laws. Newton's laws are three laws that lay down the foundation for classical mechanics and daily life.
1) Every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force.
2) Force = mass * acceleration
3) For every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Parts of an Atom

The parts of an atom are the protons, neutrons, and electrons. They are extremely small (about 1015). This video explains how to find the number of protons, neutrons, and electrons in an element.

Elastic vs Inelastic Collisions

This video explains the difference between inelastic and elastic collisions. A perfectly elastic collision is defined as one in which there is no loss of kinetic energy in the collision. An inelastic collision is one in which part of the kinetic energy is changed to some other form of energy in the collision.
